This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for orders placed through FoodPe Express.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are accepted or processed by the restaurant. Once the order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.
If an order is cancelled successfully or fails due to payment or technical issues, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing time.
Completed and successfully delivered orders are not eligible for refunds unless there is a genuine issue such as non-delivery or incorrect order.
